At Diet Element, we are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality dry fruits to your doorstep in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.
1. Processing Time:
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
- Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or shipping delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, etc.), there may be additional delays. We will notify you of any significant delay in the shipping of your order.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

- Standard Shipping: 3 Days (e.g., 3-5 business days) – Flat rate: ₹40
- Express Shipping: 2 Days (e.g., 1-2 business days) – Flat rate: ₹70

3. Shipping Restrictions:
- Perishable Products: Since our dry fruits are perishable, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- We currently only ship to India. If your region is outside our shipping area, please contact us for special arrangements.
4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the status of your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
- You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
5. Shipping Issues and Lost Packages:
- Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is lost or delayed by the shipping carrier, please contact us at info@dietelement.in. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In the case of an incorrect address, re-shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Damaged Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at info@dietelement.in with photos of the damage. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

- From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These promotions will apply to eligible orders and will be detailed on our website during the promotion period.
