Diet Element Return and Refund Policy

At DietElement, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully pack and inspect all orders to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. If you encounter any issues with your order, please refer to the following policy.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Condition of Products: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for return eligibility. Due to health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We may request photos of the product and packaging to understand the issue better and resolve it.

Return Process
