What is the process for shipping and delivery?

Have you placed an order, then? Greetings from the NutInit family!

After you place your order, our staff will package your item with care and ship it out in 24-48 hours.

Within 3–7 business days**, your products should arrive safely in your eagerly awaiting hands after being dispatched by delivery service.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped, along with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.

How much do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over ₹500!

For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee will apply. You’ll see the exact cost at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

The amazing journey from NutInit HQ to your front door starts as soon as your order is picked and packaged.

All orders come with FREE, quick delivery anywhere in India, regardless of how many products you buy. After placing your order, it should arrive in 3–7 business days*.

*Please note: Even though the Courier partner gave us these estimated arrival times, unforeseen circumstances occasionally prevent them from delivering on time. Your tracking number can display a "delayed" delivery date in this situation.

How do I track my order?

Great news—your nuts are on the way! Once your order is handed over to the delivery courier, you’ll get a confirmation email with a "Track Order" button. Click it to see real-time updates as your order makes its way to you!

If you haven’t received the confirmation email yet, don’t forget to check your spam folder in case it landed there.

Help, I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

Worried your order might be lost? While Delivery courier aims to deliver within 3-7 business days, delays sometimes occur, and tracking may show a “delayed” status. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days, please contact us so we can investigate with Delivery courier.

*Please note: For any Delivery courier-related issues, it’s best to contact them directly first. Once you’ve done that, let us know—we’ll follow up with them on your behalf to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I change my shipping address?

Uh-oh! If your products aren’t being sent to the correct address, we’re here to help! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, just send us the new address, and we’ll take care of it.

If your order is already on its way, don’t worry! You can redirect it using the Delivery Courier tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

*Please note: We can only ship to the address provided on your order. If it's incorrect and the package is delivered there, we won’t be able to retrieve it, so double-check your address!

Do you ship internationally?

Although we began our journey in India, we have exciting plans to expand globally soon. At the moment, we regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping.

Are there any customs/import fees?

All NutInit products are shipped from our distribution center right here in India. This means you won't have to worry about customs fees since everything is coming from your local area. Enjoy hassle-free shopping with deliveries from your own backyard!

Do you have a returns policy?

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, processing typically takes 3-5 business days. If you've sent us a photo of your return receipt, we may be able to expedite the process. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your exchange or refund is completed.

Things happen! If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us right away with "CHANGE" or "CANCEL" in the subject line, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you'll need to follow our returns process. We work quickly to process orders, so please choose your items carefully, as we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed.
